Please do not fill in any forms that take payments, do not use the automated payment phone line and do not call us to ask that we take a payment during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Starting solid foods support in Havering

HENRY (Health, Exercise and Nutrition for the Really Young) Healthy Families Programme

This is an 8 week programme, which supports families with children aged 0 to 5 in achieving healthy lifestyle goals.

Participating families receive a free HENRY toolkit.
