Properties developed and managed by Mercury Land Holdings at Roe Wood Park in Harold Hill have now been fully let, marking an important milestone for the development.
Roe Wood Park, delivered in partnership with Bellway London, is providing a mix of new homes for local people, including properties for private sale, affordable housing, and homes for private rent.
The overall scheme comprises 120 homes, including 47 affordable and 20 Private rented, with a range of one, two and three-bedroom properties designed to meet the needs of Havering residents and support the borough’s wider housing ambitions.
The successful letting of the Mercury Land Holdings portfolio reflects the ongoing demand for high-quality homes in the borough and demonstrates the continued progress and popularity of the Roe Wood Park development.
Councillor Robert Whitton, Cabinet Member for Regeneration, said:
“It’s great to see these MLH homes at Roe Wood Park fully occupied, providing high-quality accommodation, and choice, for local residents.
“Developments like this play an important role in helping us meet housing need and create thriving communities.”
Christopher Hobbs, Managing Director of Mercury Land Holdings, added:
“We are really pleased to see our homes at Roe Wood Park fully let, which reflects the strong demand for high-quality, well-managed rental homes in Havering.
“This is a significant milestone for Mercury Land Holdings and demonstrates the success of our approach to delivering much-needed and varied housing options in the borough.
“We’re now looking ahead to progressing our wider pipeline, including sites at Priory Road, Dorrington Gardens, Keswick Avenue, Albert Road and Peel Way, where we will continue to deliver high-quality family homes, and provide a wider choice, for local residents.”
