Havering Council has announced a day of free outdoor cinema screenings at the historic Upminster Windmill.
The event will take place on Saturday 29 August in the grounds at the Grade II listed building, which will show three recently released movies on a large LED screen, along with additional entertainment, ensuring something for all ages.
The event is possible thanks to the generous support of main sponsor Elm Site Services and co-sponsor Aesthetics of Essex.
The movies and entertainment will be available throughout the day at the following times:
- 1pm-2.45pm: Film screening: GOAT (PG)
- 4.15pm-4.45pm: Interactive music quiz and karaoke
- 4:45pm-6:45pm: Film screening: The Devil Wears Prada 2 (12A)
- 7:55pm-8:45pm: Live music performance
- 8.45pm-10:50pm: Film screening: Michael (12A)

Tickets for the outdoor cinema event will be limited to one film per household and issued on a first come basis.
