Our statement about Allied Healthcare and contact details for help.

Havering Adult Social Care has been working closely with Allied Healthcare over the past month and will continue to do so.

We have been in touch with all residents who received their home care package from Allied, including residents with private arrangements with Allied to discuss the situation with them, including any concerns they may have.

We remain committed to ensure that all residents have continuity of care, with the least disruption possible to the residents and their families.

For any residents and their families who are worried, please contact us on the details below:

• Please call 01708 432000. This telephone line is operational Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Please note Havering Council Offices will be closed from 5pm on Friday 21 December 2018 until 9am on Thursday 27 December 2018 and from 5pm on Monday 31December 2018 until 9am on Wednesday 2 January 2019.
