Safeguarding Week

Havering safeguarding week 2019 image
  • Held daily from 9am till 4:30pm between 11 November and 15 November 2019
  • Location: Various locations
  • Cost: Free

Havering Safeguarding Week 2019 has a number of events to attend including our annual conference.

Havering Safeguarding Week is our opportunity to raise awareness on how we identify and respond to safeguarding concerns affecting some of Havering’s most vulnerable residents.

Safeguarding week is when the multi-agency professional network can think about how we work together and what are the important issues that we need to respond to as new priorities arise and our population changes.

Our programme of workshops and learning events is open to all professionals working with adults, children and families and we encourage all to attend regardless of role or level of knowledge.

Safeguarding Week gives us the opportunity to learn from one another and adopt a shared understanding of best practice.
