Refunds for any overpaid permits will start to be processed from 23 May 2023 and may take up to one week to complete. Please allow up to 5 working days for you bank account to be credited. Find out more about the price change

Lost or stolen paper parking permit

Because paper permits were replaced by virtual permits on 8 September 2021, we suggest you buy a virtual permit as soon as you are able to.

Please then contact us at trafficandparkingcontrol@havering.gov.uk to cancel your existing paper permit.
