Housing service changes due to coronavirus

Due to coronavirus there are changes to several housing services including visits to make repairs, evictions, the Home Ownership, Right To Buy, CBL and Direct Lettings teams and Farnham Road is closed. Read about all the changes

Do not use See My Date to raise a repair

Because of a fault please do not use See My Data to raise repairs at the moment. If you do it will not get completed. You can still use it for managing other areas of your online housing account. To request a repair call 01708 434000.

Home Ownership and Right to Buy

Due to Government guidelines around Covid-19 all members of the Home Ownership and Right to Buy team have now been instructed to work from home and there will be no office presence. How to pay your rent

You can pay your rent by the following methods:

Online

Issue paying when using Internet Explorer browser

You may experience an issue when making a payment online using some versions of the Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) and Edge browsers.

The payment should go through and an email will be sent to confirm success so please do check your inbox, but the conformation page in the payment system may not load correctly.

To make sure your payment goes through without an issue please use a different browser such as FireFox or Chrome

Pay your rent online

Direct Debit

If you pay by direct debit we can take the money on the first, seventh, fourteenth or twenty first of the month.

We will let you know in advance (10 working days) that the amount is being debited, this will allow any time for you to raise a query with us about the amount.

Standing orders

You can pay your rent by standing order on a Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly basis. Please download and complete the standing order mandate form and take it or post it to your bank to set up the instruction.

Pay using our Debit Card Line by calling 01708 433993. This service is fully automated, available 24 hours.

To make payments, you will need to know:

  • the amount you want to pay
  • your debit card details
  • your 14 digit rent reference number

Need a refund?

If your account is in credit, you can get a refund by filling in the rent refund application form and returning it to us by post.
