Payment systems scheduled maintenance

Due to scheduled maintenance, some customers may experience issues making online payments and automated telephone payments between midnight and 4am on Tuesday 23 October 2018. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Giving up your tenancy

If you are giving up your tenancy then you will need to contact us by completing our online housing contact form.

You must give us at least four weeks notice and your notice period will always end on a Monday, because this is when we charge the following week's rent to your account.

Before you leave your home, our Empty Homes Inspector will visit the property to check that you are leaving your home and/or garage in a clean and tidy state, that there is no damage and that the fixtures and fittings are still in place.

We may also arrange to carry out an asbestos survey.
