For emergency repairs between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, please call 01708 434000

For emergency repairs between 5pm and 9am, Monday to Friday and over the weekend, please call 01708 756699.

We aim to respond to emergency repairs within four hours.

An emergency repair:

• Would cause danger to your health
• Be a risk to your safety 
• Potentially cause serious damage to a property

Permanent repair

We will make every effort to fix the problem for good but in some instances, this may not be possible. Our contractors will at the very least make things safe. 

Heating and hot water

Although heating and hot water are not classed as an emergency, sometimes we know that if you are elderly or ill, you do need it. Let us know and where we can we’ll try and help with the loan of an electric heater.
