The joint venture between Havering Council Best Partnership and Wates Residential has been recognised for excellence in collaboration, winning at the prestigious WhatHouse? Awards 2025.

The accolade was awarded for the success of Park Rise, a landmark development that exemplifies innovation, quality, and community-focused regeneration and joins the NLA 2025 Award presented on Thursday 20 November 2025, also for Best Partnership.

Park Rise is part of Havering’s ambitious regeneration programme, delivering modern homes and vibrant spaces that meet the needs of local residents.

This award highlights the strength of the partnership and its shared commitment to creating sustainable communities.

Councillor Ray Morgon, Leader of Havering Council, said:

“The recognition of two awards in one week is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in the project.

"Park Rise demonstrates what can be achieved when public and private sectors work together for the benefit of residents.”

Joe Arthur, Wates Residential, added:

“We are proud to receive this recognition for Park Rise and our partnership with Havering Council.

“It reflects our joint vision to deliver high-quality homes and transform neighbourhoods for future generations.”
