Authority monitoring report

The Localism Act 2011 requires Planning Authorities to prepare and publish Authority Monitoring Reports.

The report has to monitor the implementation of our Local Development Scheme and the extent to which the planning policies set in our Local Plan are being achieved.

Authority Monitoring Reports with housing trajectory are available for the following years:

2021 to 2022
2022 to 2023
2023 to 2024
2024 to 2025
