Table shows fees for domestic extensions, loft conversions and garages; and extensions to shops and offices.
Separate extensions constructed at the same time may be aggregated together.

| 3. Any extension or loft conversion where the total floor area of which exceeds does not exceed 30m², including means of access and work in connection with that extension. | £800 or £880 fast track service |
| 4. Any extension or loft conversion where the total floor area of which exceeds 30m² but does not exceed 60m², including means of access and work in connection with that extension. | £1,102 or £1,212 fast track service |
| 5. Any extension or loft conversion where the total floor area of which exceeds 60m² but does not exceed 100m², including means of access and work in connection with that extension. | £1,309 or £1,440 fast track service |
