Moving traffic contraventions (bus lane, yellow box and banned turn fines)

We have responsibility for issuing fines (Penalty Charge Notices) for moving traffic contraventions to make the roads safer and improve traffic flow in Havering.

A moving traffic contravention covers banned left and right turns, U-turns, no-vehicle entry points, stopping in yellow boxes at junctions and bus lanes.

These are enforced with CCTV cameras and CCTV vehicles.

You will be sent your PCN in the post.
