VAT Changes.  Changes to VAT came into effect on 1 December 2008. The relevant adjustments have been made to our charges where applicable.   Please note that planning application fees do not attract VAT.

Changes to permitted development rights were introduced by the government  on 1 October 2008. Detailed information can be found on the planning portal web site and an interactive guide to home improvements has also been produced which is available by clicking here

Duty Planner Service.  Our duty planner service  now operates between 9am and 1pm only.

The planning portal is an on-line resource for planning information and services. In addition to practical information, the portal can help you apply electronically for planning permission or appeal against a decision.
