The Building Regulation online site inspection booking form for visits is suspended from 21 to 28 October 2025. Inspections can be requested by emailing building_control@havering.gov.uk or calling 01708 432700.
On Wednesday 22 October 2025 we won't be able to complete any Street Naming and Numbering applications or return any searches and you will not be able to submit or carry out searches of the Local Land Charges Register.
We won't be able to provide any updates or answer any queries regarding searches that we have previously completed or are in the process of completing.
